If I'm not mistaken, hardees is a fast food chain correct? Tell me why I've been waiting for 20 minutes for 2 meals, and still now sign. Everybody in the back is having a jolly time... oh here we are 23 minutes later and they called our order. Love hardees but no long will be going to this one.
And it seems to me that 95% or more make the drive-thru top priority instead of whom ever is there first.
I've been going inside of restaurants for some time now to save gas(No I'm not a tree hugger. Just watching my costs).
First come-First served.
Absolutely love their food and location convenience, but their customer service today sucked. We came in around 7:45, and there were two people up front. Neither acknowledged we walked in, and kept taking orders from drive through instead. We left, and went to a better resteraunt for it's size-Wendy's.

The food tasted okay. But I had to wait for 14 minutes for the food. I went inside to place my order & saw that the drive-thru had priority.
Food is great. Over priced. Didn't have any ketchup. Manager didn't even offer to get me any from the back that they out on the burgers. Pretty crappy when you spend over $12 on a meal for 1 person and can't have ketchup of you ask me.
The lady at the drive threw is amazing, and can cheer you up even when your down.
Sorry Hardee's. But you're just like McD's, BK & all other.
