They are always busy. But I've always had great service. And the food was outstanding.
Baked potatoes weren't done, so we asked for mashed instead. They were okay. Never got my salad. One of my 4 oz sirloins on the signature Bourbon Street Steak, was tough, and barely edible. The last time we went, the entire meal was paid for, and we left without even eating it. I'm not sure what is going on, but Applebee's USED to be my favorite place to go.
My server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and specials. Currently they have $1 margaritas (wet in a Mug)... They were good. About 6-7 flavors.
The waitress was busy and the manger came over and took our order he was amazing he had no paper to write our order down he got everything right!! The food was wonderful 8/9/2017 at 10:40 pm if that helps find out who he is!!!! We will be going back soon!!
Food was great! There was one time food took a long time, but the manager made it right. I hadn't even complained. She just came to me and said she was aware and apologized. Gave a huge discount I didn't even request or expect, but definitely appreciated. Yes I would recommend dining there.
Mashed potatoes could of been warmer and my son's steak looked well on outside but had some Pink not good for him but great for me and most people.
