I went here because I was having severe pain in my tooth and the dental assistant was very rude to me. The questionnaire asked if I was under the care of another physician and I checked no because I haven't been to the doctor in approximately 3 months. She accused me of lying about pain meds without asking me questions. She treated me as if I was a drug addict trying to get pain pills because my licensed medical doctor previously prescribed me medication(a few months prior) for a chronic knee injury. Also, she ignored that fact that the xray showed an actual whole on my tooth and yelled that she is not discussing this with me. I can care less about pain pills. I would see my othedpedic doctor or primary care physician if I was in pain. I just did not appreciate being discriminated against and judge by what should be a professional for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I will be obtaining an attorney.
Outstanding professional crew. They got me a treatment plan to fix all of my dental needs plus do so to maximize my insurance. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing dental work done.
