It's really a shame because my dentist here is AMAZING, but I will not be going back to Audubon dental after my tooth surgery is complete. The staff make this place a chore to come to. Rude attitudes, wrong dates for appts, giving me faulty info about pricing, denying insurance without looking at the card, trying to charge me out of pocket for simple exams, the list could go on and on and on. I have never been there without some type of problem. Excellent dentists and care; horrible upfront staff.
After having two sets of dentures made for my very tiny self, with no success. I believe we got it right! I'm so happy to have Dr. Wilson and staff beside me doing one hell of a Great job.
