Pretty run down trailer park... Most of them are 20+ years old & run down. So expect sub par residents. Also allows travel trailers. For transients( horse track). Hear police calls on scanner frequently. Not a real safe place. I know someone who personally rented/rent to own. What a RIP OFF! To the mentality challenged & disabled!
