Stand in line an hour to drop off the prescription, then wait an hour for it to be filled, then stand in line half an hour to get to the register to pick it up and pay for it.
I go through the drive thru and never have to wait more than 10 min tops.
Usually not their fault if there is a wait. I received good customer service here. Didn't have to wait long.
It's great if you want to wait all day. Even if you call your script in, it's not ready by the specified time. And the staff is far from friendly.
