It's an okay place for something different, but I really wasn't too impressed. I gave it 4 stars because the kids liked it. It's basically a museum about one person. They have some sleepover cabins you can rent, but as far as labeling it a museum, I just feel that it lacks.
A great park for family get togethers, bar-b-cues, playing at the park, fishing, pets, camping, and hiking. I would love to have more pet trails!
Beautiful park. Hiking trails are great. Took the Kentucky Coffee Trail and the Back Country Trail. About 3 miles in all. There are enough hills to make things interesting.
This us beautiful spot to see animals and nature scenery. There's a nice lake to be seen after some light hiking. It's a great place to take pictures. The staff there is courteous and professional.
Very nice place to picnic. Museum was very interesting with beautiful pictures. The lake had paddle boats. Very nice family destination.
