First I ordered delivery said it'd be 30/40 min a hour and a half later I called and they said the driver had a blow out and apologized said I'd get a free pizza next time I ordered. 10min later my Pizza showed up cold and smashed and they still tried to charge me full price. I later called in a carry out showed up in the pick up window car in front of me left I pulled up to see 2 girls on cell phones inside sat there and waited they never looked up so I honked then one girl looked at me laughed and went back to her phone. Will never have papa in Henderson again
Ordering online is great. Trying to place an order on the phone makes me want to go postal. Food pretty much always good. Dang it, I just remembered I forgot extra pizza sauce!
We ordered Pizza from Papa Johns at 10 AM on Sunday 1 January 2017. Our Pizza arrived at 1 PM. 3 Hours later. The delivery driver stated that there was only 2 drivers today.. This is totally unacceptable, even rhougn we got the pizza half off. Papa Johns Pizza is not that good anyway.
