My fiance dropped off my grandmother's ring in July to have it put in a new mount for my wedding band. He paid for the new mount and we were told it would be ready by the wedding 10/14/17. We checked on it in August and were told the diamonds wouldn't fit and would have to be sent off to custom make but that it would be ready in time. We checked again in Sept and it had not been sent off. We checked again the first of October and it had not been sent off and were told that it would probably be ready but if not I could borrow a band. It's 11/16 & I still do not have my ring.
