Only one employee here & if more than one customer could be helped. Other customer had to wait for 15+ minutes to be helped (Glad we were there first).
The representatives at my local Verizon store did a great job assisting me with my new phone set up and transfer. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I have always had great experiences with Verizon. I can receive a signal and make calls regardless of where I am in the U.S.

Staff were dishonest about equipment. I purchased a hotspot device and it was not capable of doing what the sells person told me it could. I Verizon and was informed that none of the device that are currently available through them could do the things the sellsman told this device could do. I should have known better, this was not the first time I was ripped off by this staff.

Not the best transaction here. I only went in because friend has service with Verizon. Employee wasn't the most friendly.
Have been a Verizon customer for years. Have been visiting the Henderson store since it first opened. Went in yesterday to upgrade phones and Preston and Josh not only upgraded my phones but also upgraded my outdated plan plan saving me money! They made me laugh, made me feel like I had known them forever! Very relaxed atmosphere. Quick, easy process
