Poor customer service!!! The service dept will argue with you on warranty issues and won't take the time to check to see if the problem is covered, than try to kick you off the property. Won't ever purchase a vehicle there again. Champion Ford in Owensboro fixed it, no problems at all. Nice and courteous service dept.
