If this was the visit to the store in Henderson, KY, it was awful. Ordered a large half mocha, half regular coffee. Order taker bumfoozled. After discussion with another employee we settled on paying as if it was a full mocha. Order interrupted by a third employee asking where to find fruit punch, my order was finally made and I headed out for the long post-eclipse trek back to Cincinnati. When my drink was cool enough to drink, I took a sip and found I had plain coffee with some milk. Very disappointed.
